EFIGREEN® ACIER

EFIGREEN® ACIER is intended to new flat roofs or renovation: Non-accessible, ballasted technical flat roofs, including aerial work platform runways accessible to pedestrian traffic and including surfaces protected by tiles on pedestals, roof gardens and green flat roofs, in plain and mountain climates.

Advantages:
- excellent dimensional stability,
- maintains insulation performance over time,
- in the event of occasional or accidental traffic, its high mechanical resistance reduces the risk of compaction of the insulation and damage to the waterproofing layer.

EFIGREEN® ACIER is a roof insulation panel for steel deck including trough width > 70 mm and < 200 mm, under self-protected waterproofing mechanically fastened or loosely laid under heavy protection (gravels, slabs with adjustable pads or screed). It is also suitable for green roofs.
EFIGREEN® ACIER can be used in 1 or 2 layers for new works or refurbishment and is suitable for plain climates. Roofs of buildings under the labor code and which has a low floor height > 8 m above ground level, ERP (etablishments open to the public), residential buildings can receive EFIGREEN® ACIER, interposition of a thermal screen is necessary in accordance with AM8 requirements.
EFIGREEN® ACIER is suitable when FM Approvals certificate is required. In two layers, panels must not be loosely laid. EFIGREEN® ACIER can be mechanically fastened on the support or bonded with hot bitumen under heavy protection. Fasteners number is depending of panels size and layers numbers. Panels are laid with staggered and tight joints; continuous joint is perpendicular to steel deck ribs. The waterproofing system is made in accordance with the Technical Approval of the membrane.

- 2500 x 1200 mm: panels on pallet with plastic wrapping
- 1200 x 1000 mm: packets on pallet with plastic wrapping
- Storage Away from rain or sun
